SMASC General Assembly Meetings 

The purpose of SMASC General Assembly meetings is to provide a structured platform where student delegates from member schools receive leadership training through workshops, conduct legislative business, coordinate priorities for student advocacy, and meet student leaders from across St. Mary's County. These meetings serve several key functions. 

• Representation and Advocacy: The Student Council General Assembly functions as the representative voice of the student body, ensuring that the council addresses students' concerns, opinions, and suggestions effectively. Each representative brings forth issues articulated by their peers and advocates for changes or enhancements that reflect the interests and needs of the broader student community.
